Leadership Career Accelerator - Autumn 2025
Welcome to Your 12-Week Career Journey
This is your dedicated space to strengthen your professional story, refine your positioning, and move towards your next role with clarity and confidence.
Here you’ll find everything you need to stay organised, supported, and on track throughout the programme.
Ongoing support for programme alumni
As a graduate of the Leadership Career Accelerator, you continue to have access to discounted support as you navigate the next phase of your career.
Career transitions rarely move in a straight line. Applications take time, conversations can pause, and opportunities often emerge unexpectedly. Many alumni find it helpful to have access to experienced, trusted support at key moments, whether to sense-check direction, refine an application, or prepare for a high-stakes conversation.
