Most people approach a career transition by updating their CV and searching for the next available role.
What is far less common, and far more useful, is pausing first to ask a more important question.
Not what job is available. But what kind of work would allow you to be fully yourself.
The Career Clarity Session is a structured 90-minute conversation that helps you find that answer. We go beneath job titles, salary bands, and market availability to explore where you have genuinely thrived, what you do with comparative ease that others find difficult, the environments and people that bring out your best work, and the honest parameters of a role that would actually fit your life.
My belief, shaped by three decades of placing senior professionals into the right roles and watching what happens when they land in the wrong ones, is that career satisfaction rarely comes from doing a job you love. It comes from doing something you do well, for people who genuinely value that in you. When those conditions are met, work feels different. When they are not, even a role that looks right on paper can slowly drain you.
This session helps you understand what those conditions actually are for you, not in theory but in practice, drawn from the moments in your career when you were most in flow.
What we explore together
• Where you are now and what has brought you to this moment
• When you have been most in flow: what you were doing, who was around you, what made the work feel meaningful
• What you are consistently known and valued for, the contribution you make with comparative ease
• What you want more and less of, beyond title and salary, the texture of the work and the life the role allows
• Your North Star: the ideal role you are navigating toward
What you receive
After our session I will send you your Career Compass: a personal one-page document written in your own voice that captures everything we uncovered together. Your North Star is the destination. Your Career Compass is what you use to check whether any opportunity is pointing in the right direction.
Clients return to their Career Compass when they are weighing up two roles, when a recruiter puts something in front of them, when they are wondering whether to apply, and when they sense something is not quite right about an opportunity they cannot easily name. It becomes a fixed point they navigate by.
Who this is for
You are at a point of transition or consideration. You may have left a role, be thinking about leaving, or simply sense that the next move needs to be more intentional than the last. You are done applying for everything and hoping something fits. You want to start from a place of genuine clarity about what you are actually looking for and why.

Most interview preparation teaches you to answer questions.
The Interview Intensive teaches you to think at the level the panel is operating at.
There is a significant difference between those two things, and it is the difference that determines whether you are appointed.
Before your session, I research the organisation and the role. I locate the competency framework relevant to that appointment, whether published by the organisation, specific to the sector, or drawn from my own senior recruitment experience. I prepare a tailored question bank covering every likely topic area, approaching each from multiple angles so I can assess how you think, not just what you say.
In the session itself, I use the Interview Playbook, my proprietary framework for senior interview preparation, to assess your performance across the areas that matter most at this level: how you introduce yourself, how you structure your evidence, whether your examples are calibrated to the seniority of the role you are seeking rather than the role you currently hold, how you handle difficult questions around development, career history, values, and EDI, and whether you are talking about yourself or talking to the organisation you want to join.
This last point matters more than most candidates realise. Strong examples delivered to the wrong audience do not land. I will help you understand the difference and make the adjustment.
At executive level, interviews change in nature. Panels are no longer assessing whether you can manage the day to day. They are assessing whether you can hold strategic intent over multiple years, navigate complexity, and lead at a level that changes the organisation. Knowing how to demonstrate that, specifically and credibly, is a skill in itself. It is also what I have spent three decades assessing from the other side of the table.
After the session you will receive the full question bank and the session notes so you can continue your preparation independently.
What you receive
• A tailored question bank prepared specifically for your role and organisation
• A structured session using the Interview Playbook framework
• Expert diagnostic feedback on structure, evidence, level, and alignment
• Guidance on difficult questions: development areas, career history, values, and EDI

£395 for three sessions
June 2026 launch price: £225 for three sessions
Senior professionals in active job searches rarely face just one interview.
They are managing second rounds, parallel processes, and different organisations simultaneously. Each interview demands a different emphasis, a different calibration of evidence, a different read of what the panel is really looking for.
The Interview Intensive Programme is designed for candidates in exactly this position. Three sessions across your active process, each one built around a specific interview, each one deepening what the last one started.
The first session establishes your foundations: how you introduce yourself, how you structure your evidence using the Interview Playbook framework, and where your answers are currently landing relative to the level you are aiming for. Most candidates discover in this session that their examples are good but aimed at the wrong audience. We fix that.
The second session applies everything to a specific organisation and opportunity. We adjust the emphasis of your evidence to reflect what that particular panel will be listening for, how that organisation thinks about leadership, and what the role actually requires beyond the job description.
By the third session the work becomes precise. Individual words. The exact weight of evidence against a complex competency framework. The difference between an answer that demonstrates capability and one that demonstrates readiness for this specific level of leadership. This is where the real improvement happens, and it is the work that is hardest to do alone.
Each session is prepared individually. I research the role, locate the relevant framework, and build a tailored question bank before we meet. You receive the full question bank and session notes afterwards so your preparation continues between sessions.
Three sessions individually would cost £450. The programme price of £395 reflects the value of the full arc of development rather than three separate starting points.
What you receive across three sessions
• Three tailored question banks, each prepared for a specific role and organisation
• Progressive development using the Interview Playbook framework across all three sessions
• Expert diagnostic feedback that builds in depth and precision across the programme
• Guidance on difficult questions: development areas, career history, values, and EDI
• Support with interview nerves and performance mindset throughout the process
• Full question banks and session notes sent after each session
Who this is for:
You are a senior professional managing an active job search with multiple interviews across different organisations or rounds. You want consistent, expert preparation for each one, and you want your performance to develop across the process rather than starting from scratch each time.

When you are applying for a specific senior role, a strong CV is not enough on its own. It needs to be the right CV for that opportunity.
The ELEVATE Review is a role-specific assessment that scores your CV directly against the job description and person specification you are targeting. It identifies the gaps between how you are currently presenting yourself and what the selection panel is looking for, and gives you a clear action plan to close them before you submit.
ELEVATE is a structured diagnostic framework I developed through decades of placing senior professionals into complex, competitive appointments. It works through seven dimensions: how well your experience evidences impact, how your leadership comes across, how closely you are aligned to the organisation's priorities, whether your voice and value are coming through, how authentic and adaptable your narrative feels, how well the tone and language is tailored to this specific opportunity, and how strongly you are projecting executive presence and readiness for this level.
You will receive:
An alignment score across each ELEVATE dimension
A precise gap analysis identifying what is missing or underpowered
Specific recommendations with suggested rewrites and alternative wording
A prioritised action plan to strengthen your submission before the deadline
We will walk through the report together in a short conversation before I send it to you in full.
This is the level of analysis I applied when I was selecting candidates for senior appointments. Now I use it on your behalf.
Turnaround: three working days from receipt of your CV and the role documentation.
Who this is for:
You are applying for a senior role that matters to you. You have the experience for it. You want to know your CV is making the strongest possible case before it reaches the panel.

Most CVs written by senior professionals describe what they did. The best ones show what changed because they were there.
There is a significant difference between those two things, and it is often the difference between being shortlisted and being overlooked.
The CV Impact Audit is a structured expert review of your existing CV using the proprietary frameworks I have developed across more than 30 years of executive search and senior recruitment. I read CVs the way selection panels do. I know what creates hesitation in a reader, what gets skimmed, and what makes a decision-maker sit forward.
Using the Experience Impact Model, Skills in Action, and my personal profile methodology, I assess how effectively your CV communicates the scale, contribution, and leadership you have actually demonstrated across your career.
You will receive a written report covering:
What is working well and why
Where your CV is losing impact and how to strengthen it
Specific recommendations with suggested rewrites and alternative wording
Guidance on your personal profile, experience section, and overall positioning
We will walk through the report together in a short conversation before I send it to you in full.
This is not a template exercise. It is an expert assessment of whether your CV is doing justice to the career you have built.
Turnaround: three working days from receipt of your CV.
Who this is for:
You are a senior professional who suspects your CV is not fully representing your contribution. You may have been applying without success, or you may simply be preparing for a move and want to know your materials are as strong as they can be before you begin.
