What you receive

When you are applying for a specific senior role, a strong CV is not enough on its own. It needs to be the right CV for that opportunity.
The ELEVATE Review is a role-specific assessment that scores your CV directly against the job description and person specification you are targeting. It identifies the gaps between how you are currently presenting yourself and what the selection panel is looking for, and gives you a clear action plan to close them before you submit.
ELEVATE is a structured diagnostic framework developed through decades of placing senior professionals into complex, competitive appointments. It works through seven dimensions: how well your experience evidences impact, how your leadership comes across, how closely you are aligned to the organisation's priorities, whether your voice and value are coming through, how authentic and adaptable your narrative feels, how well the tone and language is tailored to this specific opportunity, and how strongly you are projecting executive presence and readiness for this level.
